A man has actually got out of his car and ran away after crashing into another vehicle.

When we usually talk about hit and runs it involves a driver crashing and making his escape in the car he was in.

But in this case, a man decided to make his getaway on foot.

Russian officers arrived quickly following the crash on Tuesday, which suggested they may have been pursuing the car before it lost control.

Shocked bystanders watched on as the driver sort to avoid justice by making a dash for freedom, which angered the person filming the incident on a dashboard camera.

We doubt he was able to stay out of the clutches of law enforcement for long though as they seemed pretty close to the incident when the clip ended.
