Hillary Clinton secures Democratic nomination - reports

According to reports, Hillary Clinton has now secured the Democratic Party nomination for US President after reaching the required number of delegates, becoming the first ever female nominee of a major US party.

However, her competitor Bernie Sanders has claimed Clinton has not yet won, as the superdelegates will not vote until the party convention next month.
