Processed foods are not the best for healthy eating. However, these ‘healthy’ foods are surprisingly—processed. Protein bars are convenient, but clearly processed. Taylor Grasso is a dietician and she told Insider that the bars are, quote, “A great, convenient option if you need to get something in quickly that has protein.” But you should limit it to one per day.
