Description
It's simple and obvious,... but here are a few tips to help you shed those extra pounds.
Increase fiber intake by eating lots of greens, enjoy healthy snacks such as boiled eggs and drink lots of water since drinking 500 milliliters of water increases your metabolic rate by 30 percent.
Hello I'm Michelle Park here with the latest weather update.
The high-pressure front is expected to keep the skies clear,... especially in the southern parts of the Peninsula tomorrow.
Whereas in Jeju and the capital, we are expecting to see occasional cloud covers during the day.
But in general, it's going to be a pleasant Tuesday.
Like I said, keep in mind of the chilly mornings and nights,... as Seoul will wake up to 18 degrees Celsius in the morning, Daegu 17, Busan 20 while Jeju is warmer hitting 22 degrees.
With about 10 degree-rise into the day,... Seoul's mercury will peak at 28 degrees and similar temperatures will be seen across the country.
The nation will be under a pleasant autumn sky for now.
By later this week, the leftover heat will dissipate,... lowering the highs into the mid-twenties.
I'll leave you with the weather conditions around the world.
