The High Speed All Geared Lathe Machine (Model – HST80/3000) has distance between centers 3000mm & swing over bed of 800mm. The All Geared Lathe Machine has a spindle speed range 16/25-1600RPM & Spindle Bore size 105mm. The Lathe Machine is a one-piece solid cast iron machine base that makes the machine structure more rigid and durable. This HST80/3000 has an induction hardened bed for high performance and also has a lead screw guard for the protection. The high-speed lathe machine features a foot brake for emergency starts requirement for operations.

The All Geared Lathe HST80/3000 machine is fully geared operated. The panel of the lathe machine consists of speed and feed control box. Along with the metric, imperial, DP & module thread range is also present. There is a safety guard for the chuck to repair any damaged tool and also when the guard is open the chuck starts automatically. There is also a safety guard for the tool post for various preventions. The apron of HT66 machine comprises of various features. The longitudinal and cross feeds have auto feeding facilities. It also has the excess features for the apron that is been motorized.
