High-performance drones developed to perform customized tasks

Description
The Korean government is also throwing its full support behind the industry... so it seems local developers will be able to fly even higher in the years to come.
Park Se-young has more.
This drone is triggering rain by dispersing cloud seeding chemicals.
For the first time, Korea has successfully created artificial rain using drones.
"Because the drone can take off and land vertically and fly at high speeds, it can follow the speed and direction of clouds and perform cloud seeding effectively at the desired location."
Drones are also being customized to carry out tasks for rescue missions, reconnaissance, weather observation, and pollution monitoring.
And now, the Korean government is pushing for the use of domestically-developed drone technology at public institutions and for more technical support for local ventures.
"High-performance drones with specific purposes are expected to drive the growth of the market, which is why we're developing advanced drone technologies."
With continued governmental support, the drone industry and related enterprises are expected to grow rapidly.
