Here’s why opposition demanding for caste based census

There is no accurate data of castes in India since 1931. Because the last caste-based census was done in 1931. In 1990, when 27% reservation was given to the backward castes by implementing the recommendations of the BP Mandal Commission, then its basis was also the figures of the 1931 census.
