Is it an empty space,
a hole so dark, invisible
or could it be
that rotten gas
has filled it
for eternity?
What value then,
oh, rationale
the work of forces
of the devil?
How could creation
mock itself
produce a blob
of utter shame
and warm it
with the sun's
own rays?
