Herbert Nehrlich 2 - Stumbling Block

I wake and see your lovely face......
eat lunch and occupy the space......
next to where you would shyly sit.....
I'd munch on things and eye a bit......
of flesh which peeks above the silk......
and does remind me of sweet milk.
The afternoon goes by at speed.......
I grow within myself a need.......
then dinner comes and there you are.......
and after we peruse the bar.
The moon goes back and forth until......
the blades stop at the local mill........
while we play hide and seek beneath......
the covers, clanging tongues and teeth.
Inside the mind we are like glue.......
and stick together, me to you.
So, let me ask you could this riddle.......
which has a question in its middle.......
not be resolved by one bold move?
I'd be the first to fit your groove,
so I shall sit here at the station
prepared to give a great ovation......
to any thought that will ad hoc,
remove that bloody stumbling block.
