Help! 'Real World' Songs Need I.D.

For the last thirteen years, I have been trying to identify two songs used in the original broadcast of MTV's The Real World New Orleans (2000). It's proven to be excruciatingly difficult because neither track has any distinct lyrics--or at least not in the parts that were featured anyway. Over time, I have affectionately referred to them as "Kelley & Peter" & "Goodbye Julie" because..well..they just happen to feature cast members Kelley Limp & Julie Stoffer while they're playing. Once again, any help in I.D.ing the REAL names of these songs would be extremely helpful.
