Heliskiing Savoie

A fabulous day in the Italian and French alps. Julien, the guide, and four of us. Flying from La Thuille, (col du petit St Bernard) and up into the borderlands. Lots of off-piste shots with some from a snowy day in amongst the trees.

Many many thanks to Julien, a most amazing skier and a gifted guide who made the whole experience just fantastic, finishing one day with a real pierrade (look it up) in a deserted village halfway down the mountain, complete with wine, and cheese from his own cows - Beaufort cheese - the prince of Gruyeres.
