They say every one
Needs some one some times
I guess thats true
Cuz here I sit waitin for you
I wanted to talk to you
Last night when you called me
On the phone
But they said I couldnt talk
To you
So here I sit...Alone
I miss you so much
I wish I could give you a hug
And tell you every thing thats wrong
But you have your own burdens to lug
They just wont leave me alone
And just let me be
They say Im ungrateful
And try to change me
But I dont wanna change
Cuz I like the way I am
They hate me
And i just dont give a damn
They want me to love them
And forget my past
But I dont wanna let go
I want our good memories to last
So that maybe in the confusing times
Theyll keep their form
And maybe in the cold times
Theyll keep me warm
I dont want them to know
How I feel
So I act fake
Cuz you cant hate something
Thats not real
I dont wanna talk to them
Cuz then they might know
Who I really am
And the real me might show
You say Im special, unique, and daring
But I say Im stupid, unlovable, and ugly
Cuz everyone Ive ever loved
Has walked out on me
So maybe if I dont love you
You might not leave
But youre already showin me
That Im just a pet-peave
