Heavy rain warning in Uttarakhand

The Met department has warned that heavy rain is likely to lash the hills of Uttarakhand in the next 48 hours beginning Wednesday. The amount of rain, however, is not likely to be anywhere close to the precipitation that led to the June 16 deluge in the state last year.
