Heatwaves spew fire across countries

Amid the global fight with the Covid-19 pandemic, severe heatwaves are smashing all-time high temperature records in Russia, Iraq, Bosnia and Greece, leaving a rising death toll in its wake as officials brace for more sizzling weather. These countries used to undergo such temperatures in the month of August, which this time has been replaced by June.
