Heatwave along with high UV rays _ 062018

Good morning. The summer heat returns today in South Korea... while Beijing where the North Korean and Chinese leaders are gathered will have scorching temperatures.

Especially those in South Korea's southern provinces enjoyed break from heat with highs in the mid twenties yesterday but it will get up to the 30's again,... while the rest of the country will see highs going a couple notches higher.

The sunshine will make it feel hotter than yesterday, do not skip sunscreen with SPF of 30 or higher to protect yourself from the strong UV rays.

Checking on today's temperatures, we are starting with another breezy and comfortable morning... at 18 degrees in Seoul and Chuncheon ...19 degrees in Daejeon, Daegu and Gyeongju.

Look for the highs in the upper twenties to thirties in most parts, Seoul and Daejeon will get up to 29 degrees Celsius while Gyeongju will top out at 31 degrees.
