Heather Simons - How do you know

How do you know the time is right?
Are there feelings you can't erase?
So much temptation by the look on his face.
One touch of his lips and comforting embrace, I feel in a trance of sweet happiness.
The sound of his voice fills my heart with joy.
But what the future holds I do not know.
I know I long to feel his body lying next to mine.
To run my fingers across his chest, I get a feeling so intense.
I wonder what he thinks about lying alone in the dark?
Are we just friends or are we lovers?
I wonder?
And is it just me or is they’re another?
I only need one man and I choose him.
Enjoying each day we spend together as if it was our last.
Just wishing it would be forever.
And to him I say with each passing day,
“I want to be with you and only you.”
Then I whisper,
“I think I love you! ”
