Heather Locklear has had another run-in with the law.
The actress was busted for domestic violence and misdemeanor battery on a police officer.
Locklear's brother called police after allegedly witnessing Heather and her boyfriend fighting at her California home.
When Locklear was arrested, she allegedly kicked and hit three police officers.
She was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
Locklear was arrested for DUI and misdemeanor hit and run in 2008.
