Shaking in fear,
drowning in tears.
Faking her smile,
can't hold it for awile.

Lies after lies,
not wanting to try.
More fake than before,
can't take it anymore.

Receiving numerous voices,
accepting without a choice.
Tearing herself apart,
losing her beating heart.

A sudden burst of joy,
her emotions love to toy.
Not ever going to be the same,
can't recon by her name.

Being misheard,
by her poetic words.
Her truth and her past,
all turn to black.
