Heartless Thief Steals Two Pet Pups.mp4

This is the moment a thief breaks into a Texas home and steals two dogs in their cage.

The incident took place in Harris County in the US state of Texas on 14th December.

Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4, said on Facebook on 20th December: “On December 14, 2021, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to a Burglary of a Habitation call in the 11000 block of Huffmeister Road.

“The complainant advised that an unknown black male suspect forced entry into her residence and stole her Shih Tzu and Chihuahua puppy, along with the kennel they were housed in.

“Video surveillance captured footage of a black male in his 30s, wearing an orange safety vest with a gray long sleeve shirt and shorts.

“The suspect steals the dogs from the residence and subsequently abandons them near a dumpster, where they were recovered by animal control.”

Herman added: “If you have any information regarding the identity of this suspect, you are urged to contact our dispatch or your local law enforcement.”
