Hearing deferred on RK Pachauri's application till monday. R K Pachauri, accused of sexual assault, has moved an application in court for travel abroad. Hearing is due today morning. Pachauri says he has been invited to attend a seminar for a water summit in Athens. He will be gone between 26-29 April. The invitation was sent to him in January. However the complainant's lawyer says they will be opposing it in court today.
