1 Slice Organic Spelt Bread \r
Raspberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Strawberries, Pomegranate Berries (all organic)\r
1/2 Organic Avocado (sliced)\r
1/2 Cup Chopped Organic Onion\r

WHAT I COOKED WITH:\r
FATS: Teaspoon Organic Ghee (clarified butter)\r
SPICES: Organic Garlic Cloves, Crushed Red & Black Peppercorns, Himalayan Sea-Salt\r

COOKING TIPS:\r
1.) You can add any type of vegetable or green (spinach, kale, etc.) to your eggs or on the side of this dish!\r

2.) When whisking eggs, add a slight pour of milk (any) for fluffier eggs! \r
