Health Minister Terrence Deyalsingh says this country's efforts in assisting those living with Non-Communicable Diseases are among the best in the world. Speaking at the Primary Care Symposium hosted by the Ministry, he revealed just how much the government is investing in the Chronic Disease Assistance Programme .
