PESHAWAR: A petition has been filed in the Peshawar High Court seeking removal of caretaker prime minister Justice (retd) Nasirul Mulk over claims ‘that the PM is not righteous’ and ‘honest’.

Shahid Orakzai, approached the PHC, claiming that the caretaker prime minister, during his tenure as the Peshawar High Court judge, had granted bail to a ‘hired assassin’ named Bahadur Khan in 1998 involved in the murder of his (petitioner’s) brother Major Kahlid Saeed Orakzai.
