Head-On Hit and Run

Info from Licensor: "I was driving with my boyfriend down Level Street in Brierley Hill, towards Merry Hill shopping center on Friday at 5:30 pm when a male driving a quad bike sped out of Old Bush Street and lost control of his quad bike, hitting my car head-on. My car is written off, he absconded from the scene without giving his details. Two car police cars passed by, we tried to flag them down but they didn't stop. We called the police and they didn't attend the scene. The following morning, we reported this at the police station but were told without a registration they will not investigate this further and were not interested in seeing the dash-cam footage even though we have a clear image of the male driving the quad bike."
