PKR de facto leader Anwar Ibrahim was not bluffing when he said Pakatan Rakyat is ready to form the next federal government by Sept 16 this year, a senior leader from his party said.
"Certainly he (Anwar) is not (bluffing). Certainly it is based on facts and figures when he said on many occasions that we have the numbers (to form the new federal government).
