Fifty-eight people collected keys to their brand new HDC homes Monday morning.
The latest handing over took place at Lexus Villas, formerly Harmony Hall, in Marabella.
At the ceremony today, Housing Minister Penelope Beckles pleaded once again with delinquent tenants to pay outstanding instalments so that more homes can be built and more people benefit in the future.
