'Hartal' in Kargil Over Article 370

Local religious and political organisations have unanimously condemned Centre's decision to repeal Article 370 from the state and declared a district-wide hartal on Tuesday. Meanwhile BJP MP from Ladakh Tsering Namgyal told the Lok Sabha that people from Ladakh are in a celebratory mood and have welcomed Centre's decision.
