Dusk. Sunset. Long shadows
barely discernible
from the ground beneath us.

Colors fading, but for the sun itself
which is a color we all know
but cannot describe.

Two, you and I, walk, hand in hand.
Our shadows are the whole of us.
The details are not important.

Here we are, in the moment,
at this place, at this time.
The proof lies at our feet, to the east.
