This poor f.cker was hounded to death
for no other reason than he couldn't
keep his hands off the keys.
Good intentions are for rubes.
Get the f.ck outta my face and let me work.
Can you imagine—drunk out of your gourd,
listening to people misinterpret
every word you ever wrote, and everyone
is gushing, and slicing, and all you're
trying to do is catch the f.cking barkeep's eye?
Poor sod. Poor sodden sod.
The has-been that never was.
To be known for creating something
that never was, or will be, or could be.
