Un hamburger de casa este intotdeauna bun, nu-i asa? Dovada este reteta noastra de hamburger cu arome italiene! Sos de pesto, rosii uscate, mozzarella ... o chiftea de carne de vita, combinate intre doua chifle.
O reteta super usor de facut, pentru care nu veti rezista sa o serviti cu cartofi prajiti ;-))
Ingrediente:
- 1 chifla de burger
- 3 linguri de sos de pesto
- 4 roșii uscate
- 1 felie de pancetta
- 1 lingura de ulei de masline
- 1 bucata carne de vita tocata
- piper
- sare
- 1 felie de mozzarella
