Halsey Shares Her Experiences Protesting In LA

Pop singer, Halsey took to the streets of Los Angeles over the weekend to take part in protests.
Communities across the country are protesting in the wake of George Floyd's death at the hands of the Minneapolis police.
The singer posted on social media; "A true patriot is someone who will rebel against the government if it becomes necessary".
According to CNN, it was one of several posts made by the singer on her official Twitter account.
She recounted helping people who had been injured during the protests saying; " I was treating injuries I am not qualified to".
She went on to say; "If you have med training pls go + standby outskirts," encouraging others to take part.
The artists also shared that she had rubber bullets fired at her during the protests.
