Haley Session - Black Rose

Darkness feels your heart
the pain is growing
growing into a dark throned rose
that does nothing but prick
prick blood from those who loved and held it to strong
yet its beauty was so pure
that they did not feel the sting of the rose til they let it go
causing there wounds to bleed out
causing the pain all about
no one could tell that the black rose would hurt them
or that it was hurt
yet the rose was once rich and red
until one day it started to bleed
bleed red.
