Haiti aid groups criticised over growing influence

Even before the earthquake that hit the country in January 2010, Haiti's government was not fully functioning and relied on non-governmental organisations to help the people.
Now there is mounting criticism about the influence they wield.
Karl Jean Louis, project director for Haiti Aid Watchdog, spoke to Al Jazeera about the issue.
