I have researched my hair care routine so much, I think I deserve an honorary PhD on the topic! After all my testing and research, heres what really works best to get me the shiniest, softest hair which I wash every 5-7 days. \r

I used to use regular old shampoo and conditioner, then I tried the dreaded no poo method (which works for some but certainly didnt for me), and then I moved to shampoo bars (again, didnt quite do it for me) and I finally landed on Klorane products. They are PHENOMENAL. \r
