This chucklesome footage shows Tom Moran paying the price of not being mindful of his surroundings.

The subject flexes in front of the mirror before he decides to sit on the bench, not realizing that his estimation skills weren't too impressive.

"I was getting ready to record a workout but when I went to sit, I missed the bench and fell over," Tom said. "The guy behind me kept laughing and staring at me."
