Watch this silly yet hilarious video of a gym fail.
Katy Russell from Bristol, UK, and her boyfriend Raul Gibson were filming their workout when a moment on the cable machine turned into an unexpected blooper.
While sharing the machine, Katy was performing glute kickbacks as Raul focused on training his arms.
During one powerful rep, Katy’s kickback swung a little too far, landing straight into Raul and hitting him right between the legs.
A user on Instagram commented: “This is so funny I had to watch it twice”
Another user added: “respect that he didn’t just dropped the weight and even did another half rep”
