We dare fly.
Higher and higher.
Swooping, touching leaves.
Brushing strokes.
Calm and fleeting.
Scarce fledglings we are.

We dare fly.
Carving simple paths.
Killing to live.
Living to kill.
Left further behind.
Leaving for others.

We dare fly.
Giant empty skies.
Tortured and awake.
Landing so softly.
Preaning ego's.
O' how we dare fly.
