In this beginner guitar lesson we are going to look at the 2 main ways you will be practicing with your guitar. The right knee approach and the left knee approach. I will advise you on the best way to sit and the reasons why. Developing a good comfortable sitting position will be vital. It will give you less problems with lower back pain, guitar finger pains, guitar wrist ache, as well as providing you with the best reach, hopefully allowing you to play for longer easier!
