GUADA AWAITS TRIBUNAL REPORT

Attorneys for Acting Superintendent of Prisons Garth Guada now await the report of the Review Tribunal after hearing his matter on Monday.

Following the hearing the Tribunal will submit their report to Homeland Security Minister Roger Alexander- who will have the final say on whether Guada remains detained or revokes his detention order.
