GTA V Shenanigans - Michael De Santa DUI Arrest

We were running traffic radar on Great Ocean Highway / US-1, when we observed a vehicle being driven in a very confused manner. We performed a traffic stop, and discovered that the driver was none other than Michael De Santa. We discovered that Michael's black Tailgater was uninsured, and that Michael had been drinking prior to driving.
