GST: "Dark times" for the disabled

Free Malaysia Today conducted an interview with G. Francis Siva, president of independent living

and training center (ILTC), to elaborate on some of the challenges faced by the handicapped

community after the implementation of the Goods and Services Tax, calling it “dark times”.
