Ground situation in J&K is improving: Army

As security forces are working tirelessly to help victims in flood hit Jammu and Kashmir, Lt Gen Subrata Saha of 15 Corps Commander speaks to TIMES NOW. Gen Saha says that the water level has reduced by 6-7 feet and it is giving more room to scale rescue operations and provide relief material. He also added that the ground situation in the state is improving.
