Groovestyle is the alias of the Chicago producer Eric Miller, more famously known as E-Smoove. E-Smoove worked for a number of years with Steve 'Silk' Hurley before releasing 'Insatiable' which would be a #1 hit in the US Dance Chart. First released back in 1994, Groovestyle's 'Freedom Train' uses the sound of a stream train over rolling bass and an inspirational vocal sample, while 'Love' goes in a different direction, offering dreamy Rhodes piano and a crisp 909 drum loop, the formula for a great house record.
