This week, our Food Mashup is the Grilled Cheese Sandwich Cake! That's right. We took an all-time favorite lunch item - the grilled cheese - and remixed it with an all-time favorite party food - cake. This new lunch party version takes all the best of both worlds and sliced it up for a delicious wedge of comforting goodness.

We took what the French would call a croque madame and scaled it up to high-rise proportions. We gave this egg-topped, cheese-smothered masterpiece a shot and took it to the streets to see what the reaction would be.
