GRIFFITH: JACOB TAPPED MY PHONES

Former Commissioner of Police Gary Griffith is accusing top cop McDonald Jacob of tapping his phones.


Griffith, through his lawyer Larry Lalla, has issued legal correspondence to Jacob, in which he refers to the alleged act as "unconstitutional and unlawful."


He is also challenging the legislation of which he was part, saying it is flawed.
