Griffith, Banderas to divorce; Lopez, Smart reportedly split

Melanie Griffith has filed for divorce from Antonio Banderas after 18 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. The acting duo married in 1996 and have a 17-year-old daughter together. Griffith requested physical custody of their child, who turns 18 in September, but joint legal custody. Griffith also requested spousal support from Banderas. This was the fourth marriage for Griffith and the second for Banderas.
