Grid Bug?

Description

I like that the text boxes/List boxes snap to grid in 1.4 64bit, but what "grid" are they on? I have a 8x8 grid backgound and placed a fresh textbox down then i move it to the very edge of the project. The snapping doesn't seem to follow 8x8. So, I turn off "Snap to Grid" and realign the edges (nudging to make sure their exact), but when I turn "Snap to Grid" back on they go back to and offset.
