Grenfell Inquiry: LFB said the building failed

Dany Cotton, commissioner of the London Fire Brigade has presented her statement in court, detailing what the Fire Brigade's response was to the Grenfell fire.
She told the enquiry the fire in June was an unprecedented incident - 'I had never seen such a failure of a building'.
