Graham Jones - SHAME.
0 Views • Nov 07, 2014
Description
Take the homeless filled with dread
It makes no difference young or old
In need of shelter from the cold
Runaways that crave release
Warring countries seeking peace
Starving children, malnutrition
The terrorist needs ammunition
And all the time its politics
A war of words and all their tricks
Admitting nothing yet offer all
It smacks of pride before the fall
Religion offers slight relief
To those embroiled in total grief
Is this the legacy we leave
A tapestry of shame to weave.
