no it can't be
there can't be anymore in me
just let me be
i can't stand this brain in me
why won't it shut off
and let me sleep
or did the switch cough
when i try to sweep
come on brain
lights out please
got to work early
can't miss my beauty sleep
why this whispering
in my ear
are you saying
i'm still here
just let me sleep
oh please brain
is too much too ask
not another poem
til tonite has passed
sweet dreams to my friends
here at this poem site
i'll try to sleep
another nite
my brain is just too full
won't let me be
so i say to you
dream for me
